Day 21 of 365 Day Challenge
everything you wish for in a significant other
Here are the things I can come up with on the spot.
-Someone who isn’t so terribly shy that they can’t go out and have fun.
-Someone who likes to look good. There’s no shame in that.
-Someone who understands that time and space is a good thing. I need time to miss you =)
-Someone who can talk about intelligent things and has strong opinions but can also just joke around.
-Someone who really doesn’t care what I’m doing, as long as I’m happy.
-Someone who likes music.
Day 20 of 365 Day Challenge
what you think makes someone beautiful
Call me shallow, but I think for someone to be beautiful, first they must have a naturally beautiful exterior. What comes next is whatever is on the inside. An ugly personality can completely destroy and beautiful exterior. A wonderful personality can make a person just absolutely gorgeous. Even if they’re sort of plain to start with, their personality will shine through.
I was always very respectful of Mick and the Stones, but he said a lot of sort of tarty things about the Beatles, which I am hurt by because, you know, I can knock the Beatles, but don’t let Mick Jagger knock them. I would like to just list what we did and what the Stones did two months after on every fuckin’ album. Every fuckin’ thing we did, Mick does exactly the same - he imitates us. And I would like one of you fuckin’ underground people to point it out. You know, Satanic Majesties is Pepper; “We Love You,” it’s the most fuckin’ bullshit, that’s “All You Need Is Love.” I resent the implication that the Stones are like revolutionaries and that the Beatles weren’t. If the Stones were or are, the Beatles really were, too. But they are not in the same class, musicwise or powerwise, never were. I never said anything, I always admired them, because I like their funky music, and I like their style. I like rock & roll and the direction they took after they got over trying to imitate us. He’s obviously so upset by how big the Beatles are compared with him, he never got over it. Now he’s in his old age, and he is beginning to knock us, you know, and he keeps knocking. I resent it, because even his second fuckin’ record, we wrote it for him.

Day 19 of 365 Day Challenge
your thoughts on your family
Most of my family is dead. That’s bleak, I know. The ones who aren’t dead are all pretty dysfunctional and fast approaching death. I have a mom, I love her but she drives me absolutely crazy. I have a father, I don’t love him and I don’t really know what’s going on with that. I have a grandma, she’s 80 and getting married to a guy none of us really appreciate very much. I have a great aunt and uncle, I don’t hear from them much. And I have old cousins. One of them lives in his dead mother’s basement and the other lives with his wife, two dogs, and two cats. I have plenty of relatives on my dad’s side but…yeaaaah. It sounds really depressing and lonely when its all written out like this but I kinda like it this way. Call me crazy.
Day 18 of 365 Day Challenge
why you made your blog, why you still have it
I like pictures. That’s really the only answer I have. Kind of a stupid question.
Day 17 of 365 Day Challenge
your idol and why you look up to them
My idol is my brother because despite what other people told him he always went for his dreams and did what he really wanted to do. He achieved everything he aspired to and I think that is really honorable and I loved that quality about him. I try to be like him as much as I can everyday and not let opportunities just pass me up.
Day 16 of 365 Day Challenge
someone you trust
I can’t really choose just one person. There’s a few people I trust whole heartedly. I guess I’m just a trusting person, and I’d much rather be trusting of everyone than closed off from everything. Those people in my life are:
-Kayla
-Hoagie
-Drew
-Megan
-Ryan
-The first four are my best friends. The last one is my boyfriend.
Why isn’t there a war against suicide…? We have wars against drugs, guns, homosexuals, religion, money, sex… We go to schools and put on huge presentations trying to convince students that drugs are bad. I can’t say I ever saw a presentation about suicide. How to get help, how it effects people, what to look out for, even though I know So many people who have been on the edge and even jumped right off it. Why isn’t this taken seriously…?
